Overview Service Manager / Service Transformation (Key Client) - (Only Spanish Residents) This position leads a high-impact transformation, guiding the evolution of services from Time & Material (T&M;) to managed services and fixed-price projects. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision, client leadership, and operational excellence, while driving value and innovation for a major client in a highly international environment. Design, implement, and optimize managed services and fixed-price project models.

Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure top-quality delivery. Proactively manage risks and dependencies, anticipating challenges before they impact the business. Oversee invoicing, cost control, and contract management, ensuring transparency and financial health of the engagement.

Proven experience in Service Management,



ideally driving transitions from T&M; to managed services. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in international corporate environments. Solid knowledge of IT/OT technologies and service delivery models.

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risks, and complex projects. Fluent in English and Spanish (C1), comfortable in multicultural environments.

Background in digital transformation or large-scale projects. Familiarity with project management and reporting tools (PowerBI, SAP, etc.).
