Pedro de Alcántara Hub, it is a full-time job. As a Learning Coach (LC), your role it is not conventional teaching.

Organize

Weekly and Sprint meetings, where you will coach and mentor learners, guiding them towards becoming independent and self-directed individuals.

Progress Monitoring: Event Planning: Organize workshops, internships, talks, and engaging activities, fostering a sense of community and holistic development. Manage the hub budget, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient supplies procurement. Any urgent and smaller matter should be a local responsibility (LCs) with the guidance of the Operations team.

Qualifications We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning Coach who can guide and support young learners (ages 12+) in their educational journey. EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Coaching, Youth Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).





Previous experience working with teenagers or in an educational environment (formal or informal).

Coaching certification or training in mentoring, life coaching, or educational facilitation is a plus.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with young people and families.

Confidence in guiding learners through goal setting, self-management, and project development. TECHNICAL & PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCIES Comfortable using digital platforms and tools for learning (Google Workspace, LMS systems, etc.).

Fluency in English (spoken and written); OTHER REQUIREMENTS Availability to work in a versátil, hybrid education model.

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development. *
