THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the company’s global people strategy and act as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.

The CHRO will ensure the company has the right leadership, organizational structure and talent to support its next phase of growth. The company is undergoing a significant operational and commercial transformation, and this role carries a mandate to actively shape that process — not simply maintain the status quo.





This role requires a strong and pragmatic leader capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex employment environments and supporting leadership in important organizational decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Partner to the Executive Leadership Team
- As a member of the executive leadership team, contribute to decisions on organizational structure, leadership development and workforce strategy. Build a strong leadership bench capable of supporting the company’s long-term growth.

Organizational Design & Transformation
- Work with leadership to design and evolve an organizational structure that supports general growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the people dimension of the company’s transformation, ensuring the right roles, capabilities and team structures are in place.

Labour Relations & Employment Frameworks
- Lead the company’s approach to labour relations across multiple jurisdictions
