Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic.
- Fluent English (minimum B1 level) – essential for communicating with our international clientele.
- Solid knowledge of SHIMANO and SRAM drivetrains.
- Experience or training with suspension and brakes: FOX, RockShox, HeadShok, Lefty, hydraulic discs.
- Proficiency with digital tools (workshop management systems, email, etc.).
- Desirable: Additional languages (German, French, etc.).
- Passion for both road and mountain cycling.
- Working Hours: Full-time position.
- Versátil schedule Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.
