In this role, you drive the development of AI capabilities that empower multiple bank teams to operate smarter and deliver enhanced customer experiences. You will shape a cross-functional AI product roadmap aligned with N26’s AI strategy, lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery in a regulated banking environment. You’ll translate model requirements into practical product features while balancing speed and security. This is an opportunity to shape AI platforms that anchor the bank’s operational excellence and growth.

• Partner with senior product leadership to align domain roadmaps with the company-wide AI strategy and maintain autonomy over complex workstreams
• Own end-to-end production AI lifecycle from hypothesis through deployment and monitoring for ML/GenAI initiatives
• Bridge engineering and business strategy by translating constraints into model requirements for data scientists and ML engineers
• Balance high-velocity AI delivery with banking rigor, ensuring security, auditability, data privacy, and reliability

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment with a track record of shipping production-grade AI/ML capabilities
• Hands-on GenAI product development experience including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic workflows (ReAct, memory management, function-calling)
• Experience in high-volume, scalable B2C domains (FinTech, E-Commerce or similar)
• Full AI/ML lifecycle expertise: problem scoping, data ingestion/labeling, model training/fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, retraining
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between LLMs and deterministic ml logic considering cost, latency, explainability, and accuracy
• Strong cross-functional and regulatory awareness in Agile settings (GDPR, data residency, EU AI Act, risk governance, security controls)
