Based in our Madrid offices, this role is responsible for creating, improving, and monitoring digital content to effectively reach AB Living Group and its brands' target audiences, in alignment with their strategic objectives. The position encompasses the creation, curation, and assessment of digital content used to drive brand awareness and support broader marketing initiatives.

It also involves establishing online content strategies and ensuring effective distribution across the appropriate channels. Establishing a content calendar to create short- and long-term content campaigns across different digital channels Creating engaging content that meets company objectives and brand standards Devising content strategies tailored to specific audiences, aimed at achieving clear goals, such as a target number of website visitors Ensuring consistency throughout content by promoting a unified brand voice and identity aligned with social media profiles Monitoring and researching competitors and other industry players to identify trends, relevant data,



and content or keyword gaps to address Tracking and measuring digital content performance using digital tools that assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Developing marketing strategies for digital content, including email campaigns and social media posts Writing blog posts, ebooks, and other materials relevant to the company's products or services Creating presentations to communicate new marketing strategies to the rest of the team Editing text and images to ensure alignment with the company's brand guidelines Creating and updating the website to attract customers to the company's products or services Researching topics related to the company's products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materials Ability to use digital marketing tools and online calendars for campaigns Strong communication skills Solid online marketing skills and a good understanding of major marketing channels Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role, currently working with a brand of similar positioning (Luxury / Hospitality / Wellbeing / Real Estate) Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills Sufficient availability to properly manage and monitor the company's social media channels Demonstrable social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools Bilingual Spanish – English Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations Be part of a leading brand undergoing an exciting expansion (SHA Mexico and SHA Emirates), within a multicultural environment alongside top-tier professionals, making a meaningful positive impact on the planet — we are Green Globe certified!
