Tinniless is a Barcelona-based technology company developing digital solutions in the health and wellness space. We are an international team working at the intersection of technology, product development, and business growth, with a strong focus on user experience and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and on-site at our office in the center of Barcelona.

This is a hands‐on role focused on managing and executing social media activity across multiple platforms, with close collaboration with the management team. The role requires a professional, structured, and business‐oriented mindset and is not influencer‐focused. Manage and grow Tinniless' social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Plan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional tone Adapt content to different platforms and audiences,



with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communication Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics Use AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency Support the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materials Work closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectives Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platforms Strong communication and writing skills Experience developing and executing content strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Ability to work full‐time, on‐site in Barcelona Full-time position On‐site at our office in central Barcelona
