You will lead internal IT operations across service management, workplace technology, user access, equipment lifecycle, vendor management, and AI enablement for internal functions. Your role is to ensure core IT services are reliable, scalable, and well governed, while balancing user experience, security, innovation, and cost. You will work closely with People, Security, Finance, Legal,



and department leads to support onboarding, offboarding, access control, procurement, and day-to-day IT operations across a integral organization. You will also drive adoption of AI tools that improve productivity and workflows, while establishing clear guardrails for secure, compliant, and responsible use. This role is hands-on in execution, while also responsible for building structure, standards, and a long-term roadmap for the internal IT landscape.
