ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Associate Manager, he/she will be the point of contact for Local Sales Team (based in the Spain), Western Europe Customer Team (based in Paris) and Regional Marketing Team (based in Switzerland). He/she needs to be able (and to enjoy) to work in a complex fast-paced environment, have a high sense of ownership and relate well to different stakeholders, including those who are remote.

He/she will be responsible for support the Brand Manager in translating the Regional Category Strategy to Spain,



developing a commercial plan for the different channels and customers, build and implement conversion marketing and being accountable for Net Sales, and Market Shares. This is NOT a consumer Marketing job (he/she will not be developing new products or advertising campaign) but rather a Trade Marketing job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Net Sales and Market Shares for the given category in Spain;
- Translate the Regional Category Strategy into plans by channel and customers;
- Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales;
- Manage annual equity
- Build & Implement Conversion Marketing activities.
- Develop and monitor campaign point-of-sale materials.
- Support Senior Brand Manager in building pricing strategy;
- Support Senior Brand Manager in building an accurate forecast, via the local S&OP; process;
- Develop Trade Presentations leveraging
