We are looking for a professional with a versatile profile that can help us with different tasks related to executive production and the relationship with our clients.

Onionlab is a studio / production company in Barcelona that creates audiovisual and interactive content for the creative industries, companies related to music, fashion and art, and cultural events.
- Developing economic proposals together with the project manager.
- Drafting and laying out proposals and budgets.
- Defending budgets before clients.
- Managing the subcontracting of suppliers, freelancers and all type of resources for the correct execution of a project (purchase of tickets, hotel reservations, car rental, etc.).
- Controlling the correct implementation of projects at a production level: definition and supervision of deadlines, revisions with the client, control of economic items, etc.
- Economic controlling and closing of projects.
- Monitoring of the payment of invoices.
- Tasks related to the smooth running of the office.





And have the following skills:
- A minimum advanced level of English. The level of spoken and written English will be highly valued since a very high percentage of our clients are international.
- Very high level of spoken and written Spanish.
- Capacity to work in a team and under pressure.
- Negotiation capacity.
- Knowledge of the following programs: InDesign (intermediate level), Excel (intermediate level) and Photoshop (low level). It is important that he/she has technical knowledge in the audiovisual and interactive fields, such as projectors, audiovisual formats, audiovisual language, programming languages, technical tools for shootings, interactive installations, etc.

Minimum requirements: three years of experience in a similar field and position at production companies, studios or advertising agencies.

Remuneration will be based on experience.
