Job Description:
The Revenue Manager manages room inventory and is responsible for maximizing room revenue for the hotels. The role includes daily monitoring of booking pick-up and updating pricing strategies for the assigned portfolio of hotels accordingly.

Key Responsibilities





Revenue Management analysis and reporting

Collect, analyze, and monitor presente sales compared to forecasts

Analyze period-end data to identify trends, future demand periods, and strategies to achieve targets

Develop specific analyses related to pricing, displacement analysis, and account evaluation

Review property performance against historical results, targets, and competitor performance

Organize periodic revenue meetings to share insights and coordinate pricing strategies for each property and destination

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Tourism, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Management

Basic computer skills

Strong analytical skills
