Eurovision Services is looking for a temporary Service Managerto coordinate the daily operations of sportive transmissions. This role will cover a temporary leave within our Production Hub team in Madrid, Spain.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for for the daily operations of the Production Hub:
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders ahead of each matchday.
- Ensure resource availability, booking and efficient communication with the different teams involved ahead of a matchday
- Support and facilitate the operational needs of the various teams.
- Communicate any last-minute updates or changes promptly to all parties involved.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on any technical issues.
- Track and report any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Prepare and distribute a daily service report at the end of each day.
- Gather and consolidate service-related data.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the service

Please note that this role is onsite-based,



with our Production Hub operations primarily taking place during weekends.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of similar professional experience, with an international working environment
- Relevant experience in the field of broadcasting or broadcast/customer servicing
- Proven track record of the management of complex broadcast operations
- Experience with technical and IT aspects of broadcast operations
- Proven financial literacy, and ability to manage large budgets efficiently
- Data Collection & Reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork and adaptability
- Problem-solving, time management and ability to work independently under pressure with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (mandatory)
