Experteer Overview As a Lead AI Engineer at IFS, you will design and deliver enterprise AI solutions that translate research into measurable business value. You will architect AI systems with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows while guiding engineering teams and technical direction. You’ll build production-ready, cloud-native platforms and mentor cross-functional engineers. - Design and architect AI-powered systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and orchestration patterns with enterprise data and processes
- Develop secure, production-ready cloud-native platforms that coordinate models, tools, retrieval systems, and workflows
- Create rapid prototypes and PoCs to test new technologies and identify business opportunities
- Establish evaluation, monitoring, testing, benchmarking, observability, and continuous improvement practices
- Lead technical design discussions, perform architecture reviews, and promote engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and develop reusable AI capabilities and frameworks for faster delivery
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, domain experts, customers, and partners to identify opportunities and deliver impact




- Influence IFS's AI strategy and long-term technology direction through hands-on delivery, experimentation, and customer engagementResponsabilidades
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, or Software Engineering with proven delivery track record
- Experience bringing incubated AI solutions to production across scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong programming skills in Python, Golang, C#, or TypeScript
- Experience with retrieval architectures, embeddings, vector databases, search technologies, and retrieval optimization
- Solid backend fundamentals: APIs, distributed services, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, integration, automation, and security
- DevOps and MLOps/LLMOps practices; familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Helm
- Ability to design solutions integrating enterprise applications, processes, workflows, and data platforms
- Experience with two or more of: LLM serving platforms, AI gateways, Foundation Models, agentic AI frameworks, evaluation/observability tools, cloud deployments, Hugging Face ecosystemRequisitos principales
