SafeStays is the rental division of The One Properties, specializing in mid- to long-term rentals. We offer fully furnished, fully equipped apartments in the best and most sought-after neighborhoods across the cities where we operate.

With an established presence in Madrid, Lugano, Milan, and Miami, and coming soon Paris. We are looking for someone fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or business development, to help us build our presence and grow our property portfolio in this exciting new market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, entry-level position, hybrid, based in Madrid, focused on property acquisition, portfolio growth, and landlord relationship-building for SafeStays. In this role, you'll help identify and secure new properties, build relationships with landlords and local partners, and support the growth of SafeStays' presence in the Madrid market. Day-to-day tasks include generating new leads, researching the local market and comparing pricing to evaluate opportunities,



presenting SafeStays' services to property owners, supporting negotiations on commercial terms, and coordinating property inspections, documentation, and communications.

You'll also act as a point of contact for property owners during the acquisition and onboarding process, helping build strong long-term relationships, while learning and applying the Company's processes and standards along the way.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, luxury hospitality, real estate, travel, or premium services.
- Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial mindset and focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, remote work tools, and basic sales reporting.
