- Own and continuously optimize the marketing operations ecosystem and martech stack, including HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier and other marketing and analytics tools
- Design and manage workflows, lead routing, scoring, lifecycle processes and other automations
- Maintain marketing database accuracy, consistency and health through segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, data governance and CRM optimization
- Support operational setup and QA of emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows and nurturing programs
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, pipeline generation and marketing KPIs
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Zoho, website, product and third-party platforms using Zapier, APIs and webhooks
- Work with Product, Engineering and RevOps on integrations and data flows
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, standardization and AI-enabled efficiencies
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and Engineering across systems, processes, data and the customer journey

Requirements

- 5+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably B2B; SaaS preferred
- Extensive experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, Workflows, Custom objects, Reporting, Integrations and Automation
- Strong experience managing CRM platforms; Zoho CRM experience highly preferred
- Extensive experience building integrations using Zapier or similar automation platforms
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead management and CRM architecture
- Ability to think about customer journeys beyond open rates and click through rates
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and funnel analytics
- Advanced reporting and dashboard creation experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills and knowledge of BI tools




- Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized and prioritize quickly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- BA in marketing, business, communications, technology or similar area is preferred
- Experience with Domo, Zoho and Zapier
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Familiarity with SQL or querying marketing data
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of APIs and webhook integrations
- Experience implementing AI-powered marketing workflows and automation
- Understanding of GDPR, consent management and data governance
- Experience supporting international or multi-product marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
