As Staff Product

Designer for Perk Events, you'll own the experiences of our group travel and events product, an all-in-one platform helping companies book providers and coordinate their attendees. This is a complex, multi-sided offering spanning corporate event planners, event support specialists on the Perk side, suppliers and event participants. You'll be the design lead shaping how those experiences come together in the product and within the broader Perk platform (travel, spend).

Own the Events experience end to end.



Across the different personas and event stages, shape what's worth solving, and bring the team with you. Partner with PM, engineering and our events support team from the earliest stages of scope-setting, driving execution with craft and speed once direction is set.

Bridge user needs and business goals, making sure design has a clear voice in shaping what gets built and why. Build a clear point of view on what matters, and bring that perspective into how we design at Perk. Contribute to crit culture, set patterns others can build on, and raise the bar on craft across Events.

Experience working autonomously to design complex, multi-step product flows. Strong customer empathy and design thinking. Fluency in data, using qualitative and quantitative signals to validate design decisions, measure impact, and inform tradeoffs.

Ability to articulate design rationale, tradeoffs, and vision clearly to product, engineering, and senior stakeholders. Comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git. At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in‐person 3 days a week.
