Experteer Overview In this Medical Affairs role at BeOne, you will translate complex scientific data into medically actionable insights for healthcare professionals and KOLs. You’ll support cross-functional medical plans, engage with clinical experts, and contribute to evidence generation and congress activities. The position offers scope to shape medical communications, partnerships, and field-facing training across Europe in a fast-growing oncology-focused environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive patient-centered scientific exchange and enterprise objectives.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Deliver high-quality scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs, communicating complex information about BeOne’s pipeline and development programs
- Develop and execute tactics for scientific communication in coordination with the TAL
- Provide first-line scientific information and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries, collaborating with Medical Information
- Present data on BeOne products and development, including ad-hoc field engagements and scientific meetings
- Support and participate in local, national, regional, and international congresses and events
- Participate in omnichannel initiatives and enterprise activities to achieve organizational goals
- Identify, map and engage medical experts and institutional networks in the therapeutic area
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and cooperative groups
- Propose and monitor scientific partnerships aligned with cross-functional strategy
- Plan and chair local medical meetings (advisory boards, investigator meetings) when needed
- Identify and support investigators and sites for company-sponsored trials and monitor therapeutic landscape
- Assist site feasibility and onboarding of trial sites in the assigned region
- Serve as territory liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals from concept to publication
- Collect and communicate field-based medical insights to internal stakeholders
- Provide input to define and update medical affairs strategies
- Identify unmet medical needs and emerging trends in the therapeutic area
- Collaborate with TAL to plan local medical meetings
- Build relationships with Medical Affairs teams across Europe and globally
- Provide scientific training to the Field Sales Force and support medical plan execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects to meet shared objectivesResponsabilidades
- MD, PhD or PharmD with minimum 4 years’ experience, or Master’s with minimum 6 years’ experience in Pharma/clinical/scientific medical affairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of the therapeutic area landscape and local market dynamics
- Knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate data into actionable medical insights
- Clinical research experience preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage teams or projects
- Ability to collaborate in a global, dynamic environment
- High emotional intelligence and appreciation of diversity
- Strong time management and organizational skills
