We're a fast-growing international company looking for a commercially driven professional to join our team and help us convert inbound opportunities while contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Specialist whose primary responsibility will be converting qualified inbound leads into paying customers through consultative sales conversations.
For the first 6 months, the role will be split approximately:
- 50% Sales
- 50% Partnerships & Business Development Projects
This includes developing referral partnerships, exploring new acquisition channels, and supporting growth initiatives across the business.
As the company scales, the role is expected to evolve into a predominantly sales-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Explain our immigration and tax services clearly and confidently.
- Manage follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop referral partnerships.
- Build relationships with communities, agencies, consultants, recruiters, accountants, and other strategic partners.
- Support business development initiatives and growth projects.
- Help identify new opportunities to generate leads and improve business performance.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or a similar commercial role.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Native English speaker or Italian/Spanish/Portuguese speaker with excellent English.
