We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across Iberia.

Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sector sales strategies, including target account identification, customer development, channel partner development, and ISV/IHV engagement plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned market.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted enterprise accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners.
- Support the Getac Accredited Partner Program and channel development strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product Solutions Team to identify customer requirements and develop sector-specific solutions.




- Work closely with Marketing to execute quarterly marketing and lead-generation programs.
- Participate in local trade shows and partner events; regular business travel is required.
- Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present sales performance, pipeline status, market strategy, and action plans.
- Monitor and communicate target customer developments, sector trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely SFDC updates, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipeline management.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development, preferably within the Enterprise IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully developing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in the targeted sectors, with a solid understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
