The research conducted by our group is aimed at elucidating the causes and molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease (PD), a disabling and currently incurable neurodegenerative disorder. To this end, we conduct clinical and pre-clinical translational research in both patients with PD and human-relevant experimental in vitro and in vivo PD-related models. Data entry for Phase I, II, III and IV clinical trials and research projects in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.
Keep clinical data in Case Report Forms (CRFs) up to date using source documents. Attend site monitoring visits and review and resolve queries in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Contribute to the development of projects, in collaboration with medical and technical teams, aimed at improving the quality of life of patients with neurodegenerative diseases.
Education and qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing or another relevant scientific discipline. Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial methodology is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a high level of fluency in written and spoken English. Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
Experience with SAP management software (not mandatory). G. apps, wearable devices and remote monitoring). Knowledge of statistical packages such as SPSS, Stata and R, as well as experience with databases. Full-time (37,5 hours per week).
