LHH Executive Search is partnering with Novartis to appoint a TA Access Strategy Head . Based in Madrid or Barcelona, this strategic leadership role will lead the development and execution of market access and pricing strategies across the product lifecycle, from pipeline and launch planning through to lifecycle management. Lead integrated market access and pricing strategies across pipeline, launch, and in-market assets.

Provide strategic access input into pipeline decisions, early access planning, and indication sequencing. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical, HEOR, Regulatory, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluent

English and Spanish. Extensive experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Collaborative, international environment within a leading general pharmaceutical company.
