Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, agency management, system updates, and recruitment processes Support the execution of Employer Branding initiatives through social media content management, university partnerships, career events, and communication materials. Support the coordinate training activities, ensuring smooth logistics, participant follow-up, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.

Create and distribute internal communication content, including newsletters, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events. Manage employee listening initiatives, including Engagement Surveys and Pulse Surveys, ensuring action tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.



Maintain accurate reporting, databases, and HR systems while providing administrative and project coordination support across Talent, Learning, Communication, and Employee Experience initiatives.
