Experteer Overview In this role you lead and shape the Developer Experience team, building a scalable internal platform that powers the entire SDLC with AI-enabled tooling. You drive architectural direction, delivery platform improvements, and AI-assisted developer tools while mentoring engineers. You partner across Security, Compliance, and Core Engineering to ensure fast, safe delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fintech scale, focused on modern SDLC evolution and developer autonomy.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead and coach a team of platform engineers, hiring and performance management
- Define and own end-to-end delivery platform strategy (CI/CD, infrastructure)
- Build and operate the AI-assisted developer platform and agent harness
- Implement progressive delivery with canaries, feature flags, and safe migrations
- Enhance observability, self-service tooling, and centralized software catalog




- Maintain quality gates and automated tests to reduce change failures
- Operate agents sandboxing environments (Claude CLI, Gemini CLI) and ensure security controls
- Lead roadmap decisions using developer research, adoption metrics, and SLOs
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Core Engineering for fastest safe deliveryResponsabilidades
- Platform engineering experience at scale
- Leadership experience with hiring, coaching and performance management
- Expertise in AWS/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, GitHub Actions, Python, Linux
- Hands-on backend development background
- Daily use of AI tooling and deployment of AI into SDLC
- Strong discipline in trunk-based development, automated testing, observability
