We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to join the internal Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator setting up a flagship hub in Barcelona.In this role, you will work internally for Blu, taking full ownership of the German-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to power our client’s European expansion.Key Responsibilities- DACH Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map out German-speaking tech and commercial sales markets to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, building an active pipeline.- Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand to pitch the Barcelona hub opportunity. Conduct dynamic preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, and cultural fit.- Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity:
