About the role

As a People Operations Specialist, you will wear three hats: you will be the go-to person for our employees and managers on their day‑to‑day, the owner of the processes and systems behind it, and our internal reference for labor compliance, PRL and the Equality Plan. Working closely with the People team, our external advisors and the People Ops teams across our Business Units, you will have real ownership from day one and the space to leave our processes better than you found them.

What will you be doing
- Be the go-to person for employees and managers. Contracts, payroll, benefits, policies: clear and human answers, even on the sensitive stuff.
- Own the employee lifecycle. Onboarding, offboarding, documentation and contract changes — you run the key moments and improve them as you go.
- Make our HRIS work for us. Employee data, workflows and troubleshooting, so our processes live in the system instead of in someone's head.
- Keep us compliant, with backup. Together with our external labor advisors: employment law, collective agreements,



working time records and audits, handled before they become urgent.
- Coordinate PRL and the Equality Plan. You are the internal point of contact with our prevention service (SPA), and you keep the Equality Plan, its indicators and its policies moving.
- Turn the day‑to‑day into better processes. Headcount, turnover and absenteeism data, the inefficiencies you spot along the way, and the fix you actually propose.

Your profile

Expert‑level Spanish and solid English is a must Labor topics and providers in Spanish, our international teams in English.

3‑4 years in People Ops, HR or a similar generalist role. You know the truth, the sweet and the sour, ideally with the hustle of a tech or scale‑up company.

Good understanding of Health & Safety (PRL) and Spanish labor law. You don't need to be a qualified PRL technician: you know the fundamentals, you are comfortable coordinating an external prevention service (SPA)
