AsaSalesManager,youwillberesponsibleforensuringthateverystoreunderyourresponsibilityachievesitscommercialobjectiveswhilemaintainingexcellentoperationalstandardsandanexceptionalcustomerexperience.

KeyResponsibilities
- Spendthemajorityofyourtimevisitingstores,supportingStoreManagersandtheirteamsthroughcoaching,feedbackandhands-onguidance.
- EnsureconsistentexecutionofVisualMerchandisingstandards,promotions,launchesandcommercialinitiativesacrossallstores.
- PartnerwithStoreManagersonstockmanagement,replenishmentandproductavailabilitytomaximizesalesopportunities.




- Supportrecruitment,onboarding,performancemanagementandtalentdevelopmenttogetherwiththeHRteam.
- CollaboratecloselywithVisualMerchandising,HR,Productandotherinternalteamstoensuresmoothstoreoperations.
