Glovo is a local delivery platform operating across around 65 countries as part of Delivery Hero Group. Its services connect customers, riders, and merchants, supporting delivery operations across food, grocery, and retail.

Задачи:
- Lead design efforts to revamp the order tracking experience across Delivery Hero’s brands
- Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch
- Use research insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results to refine the order tracking journey
- Contribute to and refine the product roadmap
- Prioritize features that drive engagement and improve the user experience
- Apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless experiences
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints
- Advocate for best practices in visual design, accessibility, and interaction design
- Communicate design decisions and align stakeholders across the organization
- Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and user-centricity within the team




- Mentor and inspire others through design expertise and strategic thinking

Требования:
- 5+ Years of experience as a product designer
- Experience designing complex platforms, with app experience essential
- Experience contributing to design systems
- Strong visual design skills
- User-centric mindset and strategic thinking
- Experience with workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to motivate others
- Nice to have: experience in B2C products, animation concepts
