Mission
As Plant Quality Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent contract in La Roca, you will lead the local Quality team and ensure the highest quality standards across our existing product portfolio as well as new product introductions. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a culture of quality excellence, and contribute to the plant's operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Plant Quality team, promoting a strong quality mindset across the organization.
- Ensure product and process quality for both existing products and new product launches.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO and VDA standards and company requirements.
