As Data Support Specialist I, you are the first point of contact for client reporting tool support, helping to diagnose data and tool issues while enabling access and training. You’ll handle data, reports, and tool troubleshooting across a global team, coordinating with Agencies, Partners, and internal tech teams to ensure data flows into BCD reporting. You will investigate data origins, support exports/imports, and maintain user access, contributing to a reliable, scalable data support function. This role offers Global collaboration, growth, and a meaningful impact on reporting accuracy and usability.

• Troubleshoot data, reports, and tool issues to provide informed feedback to requesters
• Conduct data investigations to identify origin and potential corrections
• Set up 3rd party exports/imports and ensure Data Release Authorization
• Analyze report queries by reviewing calculations, parameters, and underlying data
• Create and maintain internal/external user access to tools (DecisionSource, Data Quality Services, FileMover, APIs)




• Provide training and guidance to users; stay current with tool processes and best practices
• Coordinate with Agencies, Partners, JV and 3rd Party data providers and internal technical teams
• Support day-to-day data processing for reporting needs across global teams

Responsabilidades
• Prior experience in a customer service technical support role
• SQL and relational database knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong problem solving and process reengineering skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
