Senior PayPal leader for Iberia responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across Spain and Portugal. You will shape market strategies, build high-performing teams, and manage cross-functional partnerships to execute PayPal’s portfolio in Iberia. You’ll oversee key functions, monitor market dynamics, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering sustainable growth. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving payments environment.

• Hands-on mindset balancing strategy and execution
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving strategies
• BA required; MBA and/or technical degree preferred
