Experteer Overview
In this role you manage a portfolio of industrial assets in Spain and serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams. You’ll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, while coordinating cross-functional activities across leasing, legal, accounting, construction, and operations. You work with integral standards in a local market, supporting growth and value creation for Prologis. The position combines hands-on asset management with strategic customer engagement, using data to inform decisions and improve service quality.

• Manage a portfolio of industrial properties and customer relationships as the main point of contact during the contract term
• Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service by proactively addressing requests and operational needs
• Identify and support revenue-generating opportunities by aligning Prologis products and services with customer requirements
• Develop, monitor, and report on property budgets, financial performance, and business plans for assets




• Negotiate and manage vendor and service agreements to maintain safe, compliant, and well-maintained properties
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer activity, providing insights and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to support lease administration, regulatory compliance, customer projects, and operational initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Experience managing commercial or industrial real estate assets and customer relationships
• Experience developing and managing property budgets and financial reporting
• Knowledge of commercial lease administration and Spanish leasing regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned portfolio
• Professional working proficiency in English
