About the role:
Joining our " Financial Services " team means playing a crucial role in shaping the success of our engineering department by providing all the tools for bsport to become client's financial partner. Your team’s focus areas will include:
Provide a scalable payment and invoicing engine to our clients (500k€/day payment stack)
Bill our clients and manage the access of bsport features based on various geographies and client profiles
Expand bsport financial offering (payment methods, payroll services, financial agents) to various client types and geographies

As a
Senior Backend Software Engineer , you will:
Lead the design of complex features and event-driven architectures that handle high-volume data and ensure a balance between immediate product requirements, technical feasibility, and high availability.
Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code and implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous integration & delivery.
Provide technical leadership and share knowledge with less experienced engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Work closely with Data, Product, and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain cutting-e
