Tamarind Intelligence in Barcelona is seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA to oversee payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and the Netherlands from our European HQ in Barcelona.
You will collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams, manage benefits and onboarding, and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing while supporting employees in multiple jurisdictions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
