We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, client engagement, and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents for MEP projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and timelines.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical sales support.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.




- Assist in preparing presentations, bids, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings between clients and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress from sales handover to execution phase.
- Support contract preparation and negotiation processes when required.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM systems and sales tracking reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, MEP projects, construction, or engineering support roles.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications is an advantage.
