What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with flair
- Welcome guests with a smile and provide attentive, friendly service
- Fully understand the menu to share knowledge about our menu when needed to see how best up sell the items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service
- Suggest drink pairings and share knowledge about our menu when needed
- Ensuring a highly positive dining experience for the guests.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a bartender & waiter in a busy restaurant or bar
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service




- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary serving style in upscale restaurant
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
- EU work permit or legal right to work in Spain
