To support Roquette’s growth ambitions in the Health & Pharma Business Group, we are looking for our next Principal Customer Solutions Scientist - Capsules (M/F), based in Spain (nearby Madrid).

At the heart of technical expertise and customer partnership, the Customer Solutions - Capsules team plays a key role in providing scientific support to our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical customers.

Your daily mission?

In this pivotal, customer facing position, you will provide expert technical-scientific support to our regional Capsules accounts, guiding customers in the optimal use of our hard capsules, supporting their innovations,

Working in close collaboration with Technical Services & Development, Marketing, Product Line Management, and Sales, you will evolve in an international environment where science meets customer engagement.

- Serving as the primary scientific liaison for a strategic portfolio of Capsules accounts in your region.
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
- Interacting with customer R&D; and Procurement teams, and representing Roquette at events, tradeshows,
