We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

We offer governments and private enterprises the opportunity to establish high-performing internal regulatory functions, along with services such as regulatory strategies, UAS and USSP certification, design verification, SORA approvals,

Job title: HR Officer (full time, 40hrs/week)

Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid

Work model: At least 4 days per week working from office

Reporting to:Local management (Madrid)
Functional coordination:Central HR Department (Berlin)

Your Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Employment Contracts & Legal Documentation- Prepare, issue and manage employment contracts in coordination with Central HR.
- Draft and oversee amendments, addenda, agreements and internal arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage probation periods and contract renewals.
- Handle dismissals, contract terminations and related documentation in coordination with external advisors where required.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel files (in hardcopy and digital).
