Job Purpose
- Será responsable de la dirección estratégica y operativa de las marcas asignadas, liderando el desarrollo y la ejecución del Brand Plan y coordinando al Brand Team. Su función es asegurar la alineación entre Marketing, Ventas y Medical, garantizando una planificación realista que parte del mercado, una gestión eficiente de los recursos y una ejecución comercial óptima, orientada a la consecución de los objetivos de ventas y de negocio.Key Responsibilities
- Liderar la dirección estratégica y ejecución del Brand Plan y los planes regionales del porfolio de Uro-oncología, construido a partir de necesidades reales del mercado, input del campo y prioridades médicas, con foco en resultado
