In this role you drive growth for HP's Graphics Solutions Software u0026amp; Solutions portfolio, shaping the demand, adoption, and revenue engine. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into scalable growth motions and measurable metrics. You own the full funnel—from awareness to retention—and lead integrated campaigns across content, paid/organic channels, ABM, and events. You’ll balance sales-led and product-led motions to maximize pipeline, adoption, and subscription revenue, delivering a unified go-to-market narrative.

• Own growth initiatives tied to pipeline, product adoption, subscription revenue, retention, and expansion
• Drive lead generation and demand creation for high-touch solutions in collaboration with Sales




• Develop product-led growth motions and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and regional teams
• Design and optimize the full growth funnel leveraging data and experimentation
• Build integrated campaigns across content, paid and organic channels, events, ABM, and partner communities
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing operations to implement lifecycle programs and nurture journeys
• Establish a measurement framework for both sales-led and product-led motions
• Partner with Product, Sales, Analytics, Content u0026 Creative, regional marketing, and external agencies for integrated GTM

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration
• 7+ years xqbhyrx of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, software, technology, or solutions marketing
• Proven B2B demand generation, pipeline creation, or sales-led growth experience
• Experience with product-led growth, trial/freemium, or usage-based growth preferred
