THE ROLE

Experienced Performance Marketing Account Manager role focused on strategic digital marketing and long-term client relationships. Not a technical implementation role. Acts as key link between clients, Founder and specialist network to ensure high-standard delivery and identify growth opportunities.

CONTRACT & HOURS

Independent Contractor. Initial three-month onboarding period, approximately 25 hours per week. Intention to evolve into a full-time, long-term position with increased responsibilities as DNA continues to expand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Management:



Build trusted long-term relationships; lead client meetings and performance reviews; understand objectives and translate into actionable plans; present performance clearly; proactively identify opportunities.
- Performance Marketing Coordination: Coordinate PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Creative specialists; review deliverables; understand performance; align activity to objectives; challenge and support specialists.
- Reporting & Strategic Thinking: Read and interpret reports; understand KPIs; identify trends; make strategic recommendations; explain results clearly and commercially.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate multiple freelancers and specialists; lead internal and external meetings; ensure deadlines and deliverables are met; keep projects organised; support prioritisation and operational efficiencies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years' experience within a digital marketing, media or performance marketing agency.
- At least 2 years in an Account Manager (or equivalent client-facing managerial) role.
