- Lead and oversee complex urban planning projects, including drafting and processing planning instruments, urbanization projects, and urban feasibility analysis
- Integrate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, urban planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, lawyers)
- Communicate and present projects to clients
- Contribute to client relationship management in urban planning
- Support business development through work winning in planning processes




- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices in urban planning processing within the team
- Engage in continuous learning to deepen understanding of urban complexity and emerging trendsResponsabilidades
- c.15 years of experience
- Extensive experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processing (tramitación urbanística), and land development
- Special interest in urban planning, strategic consultancy, planning, processing, and land development
- Essential knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
- Knowledge of Adobe package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent Spanish and excellent English
- Keen for multidisciplinary projects and interest in sustainability and innovation
- High organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in Spain is necessary
