You will act as a functional expert, leading consultants and clients through HRIS AMS topics and Oracle updates. You will guide deployments, ensure service quality, and coach colleagues while engaging with multi-stakeholder teams across operations, HR and IT. Fluency in English and/or French is expected, with remote work possibilities in Spain.
