Join Oterra as our Europe Regional Demand Planner and play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction We're searching for a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable demand plans.
While this role is offered as a 12-month maternity cover, we see it as a great opportunity to join the business, build your network and experience, and potentially explore other internal opportunities that may become available during or following the assignment.
You'll be the architect of our long-term demand forecast for our Europe regions, partnering closely with our sales team to challenge assumptions and build robust projections.
This isn't just about numbers; it's about leading our S&OP; demand review process and seamlessly integrating executive-defined constraints to achieve optimal inventory levels and outstanding OTIF results.
Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with diverse teams across regional sales and global supply chain. While you'll report to a general manager, you'll operate with significant autonomy, driving the European demand planning strategy.
