In this role, you guide study-level execution across global trials, shaping delivery through vendor oversight, trial documentation, and country-level coordination. You’ll align feasibility strategies with local teams and drive risk assessment to keep studies on track. You will contribute to program-level training and process improvements, supporting inspections and staff development. This position offers Hybrid/Remote options and a path to impact patient care at a global scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Create and update critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP documentation)
• Oversee setup and day-to-day management of study vendors, including SOWs and budgets
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategy with local teams
• Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTLu0026D/Medical Writing




• Provide input into trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues
• Lead process improvement initiatives at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels
• Support Health Authority inspections and help identify risks and mitigation plans at the program level
• Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team members

Responsabilidades
• BS degree or equivalent (Life Sciences),
• Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare
• Clinical research operations knowledge across multiple study phases (I–IV)
• 2–3 years’ experience supporting multiple xqbhyrx aspects of global clinical trials
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in matrixed, general environments
• Strong decision-making, analytical and financial management skills
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
• Experience in hiring/training and evaluating staff
