Starts as a 6-month freelance contract with a clear path to an internal, permanent role.What you'll do- Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, AI/ML and Data roles, from sourcing to offer close- Partner directly with the executive board and engineering leadership to shape hiring strategy, including for newer roles (AI/ML, data) that don't have an established playbook yet- Build and maintain pipelines across local and international markets- Assess AI/ML and engineering profiles credibly at a senior level, not just keyword-match a JDWhat we need- 6+ years in technical recruiting, with real, demonstrable Engineering/AI/Data hiring experience (not general/admin TA)- Native or professional Spanish + strong English- Comfortable running full-cycle processes autonomously- Hybrid in ValenciaNice to have- E-commerce/D2C/consumer tech recruiting experience- Stable tenure track record — this is meant to become long-term, not a quick stopover
