Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to onboard clients, understanding their business goals to build high-impact PPC campaigns.
Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth through outbound sales engagement, campaign upselling, and increasing digital ad spend.
Account Management:

Daily management of a high-volume account portfolio, keeping CRM databases fully updated and accurate.
Market Engagement:

Identify trends and unique needs within the German market,



delivering tailored digital advertising solutions.
Performance Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Strategic Optimization:

Requirements & Profile Needed
Languages:

C2-level proficiency in German

along with advanced

English

(written and spoken).
Experience:

2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience winning over clients in target-driven environments.
Market Expertise:

Deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital ecosystems.
Education:
