Build Modern Data Solutions in an International Technology Environment

We are looking for an experienced
Data Engineer
to join a long-term technology project supporting a major international organisation in
Valencia, Spain
.

This is a hands-on data engineering role focused on
Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Python, ETL and modern data platforms
, with exposure to analytics, automation, AI and machine learning solutions.

The position is
on-site in Valencia
and offers strong potential for long-term extensions.

? What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable
data pipelines, data marts and analytical datasets
.
- Build and maintain
ETL processes and data integrations
.
- Integrate data from databases, APIs and multiple enterprise data sources.
- Work extensively with
Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server and Python
for data engineering and transformation.
- Develop and maintain robust database models and data mart architectures.
- Work with
DAX / MDX,



SSAS and Power BI
to support analytical solutions.
- Contribute to analytics, automation, machine learning and forecasting initiatives.
- Use
Generative AI and LLM tools
to support data transformation, scripting and data modelling.
- Work with hybrid cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in an international environment.

? What We're Looking For

✔
5+ years of professional experience
in IT, engineering or related technology environments.

✔
3+ years of experience
developing and maintaining data systems, integrations and ETL solutions.

✔
3+ years of Microsoft SQL / relational database experience.

✔
3+ years of Microsoft Fabric experience.

✔
3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or comparable data integration technology experience.

✔
3+ years of hands-on Python experience
for data transformation.

✔ Experience with
DAX or MDX
