Role Description
The Owner role at AIM Sport is a full-time, remote leadership position responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and overall performance. Daily activities include setting business goals, overseeing key client relationships, and driving growth in sport marketing and digital advertising solutions. The Owner will manage financial planning, allocate resources, and supervise senior team members to ensure operational excellence. This role also involves evaluating new technology opportunities, strengthening partnerships with rights holders and sponsors, and maintaining a strong market presence. The Owner is expected to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and ensure that company initiatives align with long-term vision and values.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management, ideally within sport marketing, media, or technology-driven advertising.
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and partnership management,



with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
- Understanding of digital advertising technologies and trends, particularly in live sports environments, with the ability to evaluate and adopt innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships across diverse internal and external teams.
- Ability to lead remote teams, establish clear goals, and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and engage with general partners as needed.
