We are seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead the execution of our European electrolysis plant projects. We are looking for an experienced technical leader who is seeking a challenge and wants to make a major impact.

In this role, you will serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate the efforts of our US-based engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes in Europe. You will lead a team responsible for individual elements of the project, ensuring strong coordination across teams and seamless overall project execution.

This role is based in Europe.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment
- Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements
- Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
- Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes
- Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and tradeoffs
- Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs
- Conduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues
- Onboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another techn
