Position overview

As the Specialist, Practice Marketing – Industry, you’ll join an international, high-energy marketing team where collaboration and innovation thrive. This is a hands-on role at the forefront of driving Bain’s brand, reputation and commercial objectives. You’ll partner with practice leadership, client heads,



account teams and colleagues across Marketing to execute high-impact marketing programs that build Bain’s visibility and credibility, deepen engagement with priority clients and accounts, and support business growth.

You’ll collaborate with a variety of teams, including editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR and events to deliver high-impact campaigns. This role offers integral exposure, an opportunity to learn from the best, and a chance for you to make a meaningful impact on Bain’s growth and leadership in the consulting industry.

Key responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and credibility for Bain and our core solutions, deepen engagement with priority accounts and key clients, and support commercial objectives.

Develop an understanding of target audiences, priority accounts and key clients; find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.
